Step 1: Upload Master File

Upload your master CSV file containing all products and variants. The tool will generate import_1_attributes.csv and import_2_templates.csv.

Step 2: Upload Odoo Variant Export & Generate Files

After importing the files into Odoo, export the variants and upload the export file here. The tool will generate import_3_variants.csv and import_4_pricelist.csv.

How to Export from Odoo:
  1. Go to Products → Variants
  2. Select all relevant variants (use the filter if needed)
  3. Click Action → Export
  4. Check "Export with External ID"
  5. Select only these three fields:
    • id
    • product_tmpl_id/id
    • product_template_attribute_value_ids/product_attribute_value_id/id
  6. Export and upload below
