Design Thinking
To determine together with you which tools your mission really needs, we use the design thinking method: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test → Repeat.
This means we look at the challenges at their root and try to understand what your core challenge is. Only then do we work with you to develop tools and solutions.
The MVP as the key
Our minds do not work linearly, but in cycles. No fantastic solution was ever developed in one go. That is why we use the iterative "working prototype method" in our projects. We work with you to develop a "minimum viable product" that fulfills the most important core functions right from the start. This is then tested and improved in cycles while your business is already up and running. This allows us to remain agile and cost-effective.
Empowerment
"Help me to do it myself" is a quote from Maria Montessori that strongly shapes our ideology.
We don't do gatekeeping. We share all our knowledge and skills because we believe that great things can only be achieved by sharing strengths.
We won't be able to do your work for you. But that's not the goal. Our goal is to equip you with powerful tools so that you can take your mission into your own hands.
We are also learning
It would be completely arrogant to claim that we already know everything. Quite the contrary: we are also learning, and we are learning with our projects.
